England Legends and South Africa Legends confronted each other in the 11th match of RSWS T20 (2020-21) on Thursday night, March 11 at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium (Raipur). South Africa Legends won by a huge margin of 8 wickets against their rival England Legends. After losing the toss and opting to bat, South African Legend all-rounder Thandi Tshabalala’s whirlwind drove the England Legends to be bowled out with 11 balls to spare and they managed to score 121 runs only. Darren Maddy (25) scored the highest runs for the team. Thandi Tshabalala (3-26, 4 overs) was the leading wicket-taker for South Africa Legends. Batting for an easy target of 122 runs, the stormy batting of the batsmen took South Africa Legends team to victory losing 2 wickets with 7 overs left. Morne van Wyk (46) scored the highest runs for the team. James Tredwell and Usman Afzaal both took one wicket each for the England Legends. South Africa won a match for the first time this season. They are now standing in third place in the points table. England Legends are in fourth place in the points table after losing on the other hand.

AFG vs ZIM (2nd Test – Day 1)
Afghanistan lost 3 wickets scoring 307 runs at the end of the first day, came up to the field on the second day morning with Hashmatullah Shahidi and Asghar Afghan at the crease. Shortly after, Hashmatullah Shahidi picked up his desired century. Then when he was unbeaten on 140, captain Asghar Afghan was batting for 164 at the other end of the wicket. These two had a chance to score their first double century for the country in the Test in Abu Dhabi. But with Zimbabwean spinner Sikander Raza picked up the wicket of Asghar (164), then only Hasmatullah had the chance to reach the landmark. The left-arm batsman took full advantage of the opportunity to score his first double century for Afghanistan on the second day. Afghanistan declared their first innings at 545 for 4 with an unbeaten 200 runs of him.
Asghar and Hashmatullah put on 307 runs for the fourth wicket. It is the highest run-scoring partnership in Test history for Afghanistan. Asgar was the first man to get out in the second session yesterday. Hashmatullah then took the Afghans score over 500 with an unbeaten partnership of 117 runs with Nasir Jamal for the fifth wicket. He was unbeaten on 200 off 443 balls with 21 fours and 1 six. Afghanistan declared the first innings after Hashmatullah scored his maiden double century. Zimbabwe then went down to bat in their first innings and finished the second day’s game with 50 runs without losing any wickets. Zimbabwe will win the series even if they draw the second Test of the two-match series.
